Refund and Returns Policy Techynx: At Techynx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our 30-day return period, eligibility requirements, exchanges, and refund timelines.
Overview of the Refund and Returns Policy Techynx
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your laptop must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all accessories and documentation
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Software licenses or digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-configured laptops
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
Partial Refunds
- Laptops showing signs of use
- Cosmetic damage not caused during shipping
- Missing accessories or documentation
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email admin@techynx.net.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received. Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
